相關新聞引起我注意的倒是opt 這個字(我看到的各家報導此一消息時都用opted out這個詞), 有點像是甚麼字的縮寫, 可偏偏後面加了個ed, 顯然是不折不扣的一個動詞, 查了—下yahoo線上字典,

看到這裏時有點恍然大悟—原來這個字就是我們常常用的”option”的動詞…至於片語 opt out 則解釋如下:
